sickle cell

My name is Ruth and I was diagnosed with sickle cell when I was about six months old. I lived my life one day at a time till now, and no one knew that I could come this far. I suffered a lot of pain and was hooked on pain killers most of the time, my education was slow and my parents never knew I could live this long. I was always in and out of hospital, with one infection or the other, when admitted I was on strong pain killers, oxygen and the drip.

However I give glory to God, because I am still alive and in good health, this is also due to the glyconutrients, which have helped a lot, and have given me a quality of life, I am now over 50 and still enjoying my good health. I have found out that during the course of my journey, natural things and a change of diet have been my best bet. I have found out that there are  four basic things that contribute to a healthy life. These are water, superfoods, exercise, and suplementation. The dream of my life is to help those who have sickle cell to have good quality of life and have good health.
